Payment Policy

Payment is due upon booking. A payment link will be sent within 24 hours via the booking system. Payment accepted by credit card.

Canadian Extended Health Benefits

Some extended medical benefit providers in Canada cover Registered Therapeutic Counsellors (RTC) with the ACCT designation. You pay upfront and submit the claim for reimbursement. Licence number: RTC #2884.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

Online sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You'll receive a link before each appointment. In-person sessions are in Bali.
